ENTREES

THAI BEEF SALAD:  Tender marinated beef sautéed and tossed with thai salad greens, splashed with soy dressing.

SALT & PEPPER CALAMARI: Calamari dusted in a salt & pepper seasoning, deep fried til crispy & served with dipping sauce.

 

MAINS

PRIME CUT OF  SIRLOIN  STEAK:  Cooked to perfection coated with a sauce of your choice, mushroom, pepper or diane. 

TASMANIAN SALMON: Fresh fillet of Tasmanian salmon coated in sesame seeds grilled medium rare, set on Asian slaw  topped with wasabi cream.

CHICKEN BREAST
Free range Mount Barker  chicken breast filled with spinach & ricotta cheese, baked till golden set on a parmesan mash, topped with tomato relish.

 

DESSERTS

CHEESE CAKE OF THE DAY: 
  Served with  fresh cream.

SEASONAL FRESH FRUIT SALAD: 
Spilling from a brandy basket  topped with fresh cream.
