STARTER

SOUP OF THE DAY:  Served with a oven baked bread roll.

BRUSHETTA:  A Thick slice of toasted french stick smothered with basil pesto & topped with tomato salsa.

 

ENTREES

THAI BEEF SALAD: Tender marinated beef sautéed and tossed with thai salad greens, splashed with soy dressing.

SALT & PEPPER CALAMARI: Calamari dusted in seasoned flour, fried til crispy, set on a mesclun salad, latticed with a mustard mayonnaise.

PORK & PRAWN SPRING ROLLS: Fresh pork mince and prawns wrapped together with ginger, garlic & rice noodles fried & served with dipping sauce.

MAINS

PRIME CUT OF SIRLOIN STEAK: Cooked to perfection coated with a sauce of your choice, mushroom, pepper or diane.

CHICKEN BREAST: Free range Mount Barker chicken breast filled with spinach & ricotta cheese, baked till golden set on a parmesan mash, topped with tomato relish.

TASMANIAN SALMON:  Fresh fillet of Tasmanian salmon coated in sesame seeds grilled medium rare, set on asian slaw topped with wasabi cream.

DESSERTS

CHEESE CAKE OF THE DAY: Served with fresh cream.

CLASSIC TIRAMISU: Served with coffee reduction & fresh cream.

SEASONAL FRESH FRUIT SALAD:  Spilling from a brandy snap basket topped with fresh cream.
